2. Use of the Website

By accessing Philbound.ph, you agree to:

• The badge confirms licensing review but does not imply endorsement or guarantee
• Users should independently verify agent identities, registrations, and property documentation.

5. Communication and Interaction with Agents

All inquiries via Philbound.ph are directed to the listing agent. Philbound:

• Does not monitor or manage communications between users and agents
• Is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or tone of agent responses
• Is not liable for outcomes or transactions resulting from such communications

Disputes must be resolved directly between property seekers and agents.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Philbound owns the platform design, code, branding, and proprietary features of Philbound.ph.

• Agents retain rights to their uploaded listings, images, and descriptions
• Users may not download, reproduce, or distribute content without written consent
• Unauthorized use of Philbound's content or branding may result in legal action

7. Data Handling and Privacy

Philbound collects limited personal data related to browsing and inquiries. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not store sensitive financial data or process online transactions on Philbound.ph.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Philbound disclaims all liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for:

• Losses, damages, delays, or disputes arising from platform use
